My photo is not showing
Photos go live after a moderator review, or automatically if they have not been reviewed within 24 hours. You will get a notification when a photo is approved or not approved. Photos that do not show you may not be approved.
I did not get the verification email
Check your spam folder first. When you try to log in, you will see "Resend verification email" so you can get a new one. If it still does not arrive, check the address you signed up with for typos and let us know using the form below.
I cannot use chat
Chat is a Better Account feature, and during the free period every member can use it. You can chat with members of the opposite gender right away, and with members of the same gender after a friend request between you has been accepted.
I want to stop someone from contacting me
Use Report and Block at the very bottom of their profile. Once you block someone, neither of you can see the other's profile or exchange messages. Our team reviews every report.
I want to delete my account
Go to My account, then Settings, and use "Permanently delete account" at the bottom. Your account becomes private right away and is fully deleted after 30 days. Within those 30 days you can log back in and cancel the deletion in Settings. If you only want a break, use "Temporarily deactivate account" instead.
